Spiral Proofer

The Scanico Spiral Proofer (SP) is designed for continuous proofing of a wide range of bakery products, such as Danish pastry, croissants and other types of dough products. The environment is constantly monitored and both temperature and humidity are automatically adjusted to the desired level, optimizing the fermentation process.
